i was refused 2 times for my trv last may and june 2019 (
My boyfriend will come here to the philippines to have our marriage.
Will there be any problems etc we can encounter?
We wanted to make sure that this time every thing will go smoothly!!

Hey if you are applying for Spouse Sponsorship after marriage your TRV refusal will not have any impact on it. FYI make sure you mention your refusals informs when your submit your file.

I am afraid that they might suspect our marriage is not genuine because of my trv refusal... what are the things that we should do

Make sure to have plenty of relationship proof as they might see it as a marriage of convenience for immigration purposes. As long as it is a genuine relationship (ie plenty of time spent together before marriage, not getting married on the first meeting etc), you should not have any trouble with sponsorship.

I know a person who was refused 4 times TRV. they later got married and are now undergoing a sponsorship process.

if your planning to get married here in Philippines by church or civil, make sure to obtain a marriage license.
so that you won't have any problem in the future.
Most marriage officiate suggest a quicky marriage by arttivle 34 even the couple did not cohabited for 5 years.
