Hi All,
I need your help as my sister and nephew visa just got refused.
My real Sister has a very good job back home ( On the know reputed bank across Globe) and my nephew just starts schooling.
Their Visa got rejected because of below reasons ( as per the letter which we received )
1. Travel history
2. Family ties in Canada and in the country of residence
3. Purpose of visit
I am in Canada as a Permanent resident and have a full-time job.
I don't understand why they mentioned "family ties in Canada and COuntry of residence" and purpose of visit, as I am her real brother ( I did submit my passport copy as well )
and other relevant documents and my sister submit her letter from Organization along with a letter from my nephew's school.
I agree, she does not have any travel history, but we don't have anybody outside our home country and me in Canada. We were planning to apply for Visa so that she can visit me for 3 weeks
What should I do now, any advice, please.
