TRV refused- Passport returned but no supporting documents returned

i did a paper application for visitor visa for which i got a refusal.

I just received my passport back but none of the supporting documents arrived, i am going for a wedding and had an official invite with letter or support which i attached with my file . Does this mean i have to get another sponsorship letter or do they reffer to those documents if i re apply stating i had already submitted the originals ?

they only return passport.... they keep file in their records

18th june reached VAC and ircc
20th june letter of acknowledgement

IRCC keeps any evidence you send them. If you want to reapply, you need to provide all of the evidence again.
