TRV REFUSED HAD TRAVELLED CANADA TWICE IN 4 YEARS on visit and there wasn't any overstay.

What could have made VO to refuse TRV who had travelled Canada and obeyed the law of the land.

How long did you stay in Canada during your two visits?

Have their been any material changes to your profile since your last TRV application? Example - family member claiming refugee status in Canada, Canadian spouse, anything else.

Stayed 12 days on both trips. Same profile for 10 years. Travelled earlier with family and have strong ties in Canada

Strong ties to Canada work against you and increase the chances of refusal for a TRV application. You need to show strong ties to your home country / country of residence.

Refusal says no ties to Canada and Country of residence where as the person has born and raised in same country.
