dear all,

My TRV was refuse because i forgot to include an important information detail about “have you ever been refuse to enter in other country”. I was refuse to enter United States on 2016 and blocklist for 5 years and my B1-B2 visa was revoked, also i was refuse to enter Canada (2014) because my friends and I was travelling to Niagra falls as tourist but the immigration officer just inform me that I needed a Canada tourist Visa in order to enter Canada that time. Here the thing, i recieved a first letter about my TRV application stating that I am not telling the truth about the question “have you ever been refuse to enter i Caada or in other Country” because i click the “no” box. And if they prove it they will blocklist me for 5 years. I immediately respond the letter but ive only put the information about the US incident in 2016 and honestly forgot to include the Niagara Falls incident on 2014 because at that time the immigration just tell me that i cant enter bcoz i dont have a canada tourist visa and they just let me go without backgroud check and any security check compared thats why i did not put this info. I recived my refusal letter but it stated there that “i am not satisfied other than the 2016 incident therefore i will refuse your application” but at the last part the Canada immigration did not blocklist me and put in the letter that i can reapply my application if i have new evidence to present. Which is i think; (Canada refuse to enter 2014). Is there any chance granting my TRV on my second try by reapplying?

Thank you in advance for the answers

Yes - you can reapply. Since the refusals are relatively recent, you should ensure you have plenty of evidence in your application that demonstrates very strong ties to your home country (e.g. employment, property, assets).

Make sure you list all of your previous refusals in the application this time - including the one you just got.

Thank you for the reply. My only evidence or information that i need to present is the explanation letter regarding the Niagara falls refuse entry. I am currently employed here in china, i am married with 2 kids and they are all in My mother country. I just want to ask if my chances of being granted is high or it is still a 50/50 chance the second time i reapply?

I wouldn't say your chances are necessarily high. Having past refusals typically makes it more difficult to be approved.

I am just confuse because they did not blocklist me as in the first letter that i recieved stated there that i will be blocklist if i did not tell the truth. But they did not do it, instead they give me a chance to reapply the fact that they have proven that i accidentaly did not tell everything. Its my honest mistake of my part.
