TRV REFUSAL

I have applied visitor Visa along with my wife to attend convocation ceremony of my daughter's graduation ceremony. Our Visa refused with the remarks that Visa officer is not satisfied that we will not comeback to our home country. I m working as Office Superintendet in Government PSU. My monthly salary is Rs.80000/- . I have my own residence. More over I will be retired in March 2021. I will get Rs.3000000/- approximately on my retirement. How Visa officer pretend that we will not come back to my country. All the relevant documents attached with the application. Why he state way refused before knowing the truth. I am assuming you did attach the letter from your employer with your leave plan approved and your bank statement stating the financial support along with your house docs.

Just to get an overview,
Did your purpose of travel included the convocation invite and letter from your daughter's college (enrollment letter)?
Did you daughter gave any invitation letter, stating where you'll stay with or may be in a hotel?
