Im a 19 year old student , my father applied for trv online including me and my mother as dependants in order to visit for tourism and see my elder sister who is a canadian citizen but i got refusal and my parents still didnt get their visa ( still waiting). My sister then suggested that i should apply as an independent applicant but i have no employment in my country of residence as i am still a student while one of the main reasons i got a refusal was
1.current employment situation , 2.Purpose of visit , 3.employment prospects in country of residence, 4.financial assests . While my father clearly stated that i am a dependant yet cic still wanted some employment proof of mine and financial assets which at the moment i dont have both of them . My father owns an enginering consulting company while my brother owns an architectural firm and my family has no issues of financial assets while i myself have none . so if my brother hires me as a designer in his office and i deposits atleast 4000$ in my current account as monthly payment while my father deposits 25000$ in my savings account , is there a good chance for me to re-apply as an independent applicant this time showing employment letters and bank balance while being a student . also i need to clarify my purpose of visit so it could that im working in an architectural firm (0f my brother ofc i wont be actually working there ) and i need to see the beautiful architecture of cities like Quebec and Montreal and do some photographhy . Do you think

Yeah, so your plan is pretty much an attempt at misrepresentation (fraud) and a crime in Canada. It's also one of the quickest ways to end up with a 5 year ban from Canada. Keep in mind, IRCC has your information (student, no job, no money) and now you think you can re-apply with alternate information (Job, Income, savings). They do actually use your previous applications as reference material........Never lie to IRCC! It can have unwelcome effect for years to come and in a multitude of countries.

Well even if i inform cic that my previous application as a dependent was a Gift from my Dad as all my expenses were being paid by him so i didnt think of showing any employment documents? would that still create a problem?

The fact your father applied for essentially the whole family to visit your sister in Canada probably raised significant concerns of overstaying (whether that is the case or not). As a single student, with no income, property, job, or significant ties to your home country, you will struggle regardless of what you include in the application to obtain a visa. Lying on the application about a fabricated job and savings will make it even more difficult for you.
As far as explaining you didn't include your employment previously, that too is misrepresentation (withholding relevant information)....still fraud.
The simple truth is you will likely struggle to get a TRV to Canada for a while until you become established.
