DO I NEED TO SUBMIT A REPRESENTATIVE FORM ALONG WITH OUR APPLICATION FOR WIFE, SON AND SELF.

LAST TIME WHEN MY TRV WAS REFUSED, I HAD PUT UP A COVERING LETTER , VISITOR FORM AND FAMILY INFORMATION FORM ALONG WITH TESTIMONIALS.

PLEASE ADVICE IF REPRESENTATIVE FORM IS REQUIRED TO BE FILLED.

ALSO WHAT HAPPENS TO FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR STAY.
DO I SHOW THE SAME AMOUNT SAY 9000 $ IN ALL THE THREE APPLICATION OR SPLIT IT INTO 3000$ EACH IN THE THREE APPLICATIONS.

1. Representative form is not a requirement.
2. The same amount can be shown in all applications since you are staying together as family.

Also, remember to address ALL the reasons your first TRV was denied.

:( Last time reason was Personal Assets and Financial Status.

This time I am including a property in my and wife name which was not included last time.
Also including a letter of support from Parents stating that they would be offering financial support.
Shd I add my Life Insurance Policies also.

Any other advice.....

I think your plan is very good. Showing that you have a property in your home country will go long way to getting the TRV because it shows that you have strong ties to your home country. Go ahead with your plan.
