TRV Processing Time

Hello,

Anyone who got their TRV inland application (processed & accepted) and who applied on or after Nov 24, 2016? Let us know ur timelines please.

Did you apply from within Canada or from Outside Canada ?

I applied on Nov 22 and did not get passport request...

Applied inside Canada Online and got a letter 10 days later (which is the current processing time indicated on CIC website) stating that my file was transferred to Canadian Consulate in NY. I have been renewing my TRV every year for past 3 years inside Canada and I never had this happen before. So I am wondering if it is because the Ottawa office which usually handles these applications is being overloaded at the moment, hence all the delays which you have been all experiencing?
