TRV processing time for Inland Applicant

Hello,

My TRV expired in Oct, 2016. However, I have a valid wok permit until Dec, 2017. I want to apply for renewal of my TRV. So my application should be for a new TRV (new Visitor Visa- processing time 10 days) or for extension of my old TRV (Visitor extension- processing time 49 days)?.

1) Shd i apply for new TRV or TRV extesnion? what is my processing time for this application?

I am an inland applicant.

There is no such thing as "TRV extension".

Once a TRV expires a new one should be requested.
