I really need your suggestion, please.
I am a PGWP holder, I was applied my temporary residence visa inside Canada(on line) at Sep. 20 2019. Unfortunately, after 75days waitting since I sent my application, there is still no passport request letter.
I sent 3 times Web Form to CIC , they always reply me as the same way : the application still in process, but the processing times may vary with each case .. bla bla.. and I called CIC this Monday, the operator told me that they dont need any additional document, and they just need more time to deal with it, but its been to long to wait, I dont know what I can do now, I already waitting for 2 month, should I continue to wait or withdraw my application and re-apply ? Seriously, this unusual condition really freak me out.
