Here is my situation >> I graduated from Canadian institution & I have a open work permit. Recently I've applied for PR application. I want apply for TRV(Multiple Visa).I want to go back home because my father has a serious medical condition. I have a question here for the TRV. I would appreciate if someone could help me for this question.

**What should be the answer here, Yes or No?

Yeah, only you can tell what has been going on with your life.... for example

"I applied for permanent residence to an office in-Canada and was determined to be eligible for permanent resident status (first stage approval)."

Have you applied for PR? only you know.... there is no way we know if so and if you did if you have been determined to be eligible for permanent resident status.

I have applied for PR and details in my signature. In my application said decision made since almost a month. I called CIC agent said your application look ok also look like approved which officially not granted yet officer will contact with you within 4 weeks. So I have wait to another 4/5 days to over 4 weeks. That's why I am confused should say

I guess it also will be "NO" since I haven't received any result yet.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Firs stage approval is when you get a file number... this comes in the AOR.

So in your case it seems you must answer YES.
