I was denied to obtain a TRV in the Philippines in August 2016, Then I applied again UAE last Oct 2017.

The purpose of refusal;
Financial Status
Purpose of visit
Immigration status of the country of residence.

I have an invitation from my fiance including the good standing letter of his company, my company letter, and my bank statement.

Can anyone help? I want to apply again.

We'll need to know what you submitted to help.

Financial status - what did you submit/how much did you present?
Purpose of visit - what is your purpose/how long a stay did you request?

Married? Children? Relatives in Canada?

For financial status, I submitted my bank statement, more or less the current amount in my bank is only 8000AED, I thought it was okay since my fiance wrote in his invitation that he will provide all the expenses during my trip for food, accommodation, local trips and etc. Except for my flight ticket.

Purpose of visit is "to visit my fiance" for only 15days
I'm single, no children, no relatives in Canada.

Regardless of whether someone else is paying for you, you have to show that you can afford the trip...we recommend to show $1000/week + airfare, which over is your entire statement.

Sorry to say that yours is the type of profile that commonly gets refused a TRV: single, female, young, working away from their home country, with a partner in Canada. A few people do get lucky, but it's going to be difficult.

What about if we will get married in Canada during my few days visit and return to UAE after marriage, then I will PR, this could be strong my TRV application or it will become weak?
