My sister is visiting the US on a B1/B2 visa and I would like her to come and see me in Canada on her way back to Pakistan.
I wanted to ask if she can apply for a TRV with her current status in the US?
I'd apply from Pakistan but she won't have enough time as the summer program she's primarily coming to the US for begins in 3 weeks.
I've read conflicting threads about this. Some people say it's not possible while others have had their visas successfully processed for Canadian TRV while in the US on a B1/B2.
Please only post if you have proper information about this, not merely speculation.
