TRV From Inside Canada - Normal Processing Time Has Passed

I (SP) and my wife (WP) applied together on 15 Jan. I am still waiting for ppr but my wife got her passport with visa (worker-w1).

Getting visitor visa stamped instead worker is as frustrating as not receiving a ppr
I called some travel agencies to book flight to Canada, but they refused my enquiry when I told them I got stamped visitor. Visitor is not considered as an essential travel and hence I'm not able to travel back to Canada.

I called 02267866002 this number. Customer representative shared an email ID of delhi immigration and I send an email to that. I filled webform to ircc explaining the situation and also send email to travel exemption ircc to provide some certificate to support travel. Since, no direct flights from India allowed, it is a risky situation. All other countries are safe I guess.

ircc sent my passport back on 20 Aug., still haven't received. i called at Canada post, they said there is problem with item processing... what's going on with my passport mail.... its almost 18 days.
