I called to ircc today morning and agent checked my application status he said i will get passport requested soon may next year early he said i passed all eligibility
Now m waiting for ppr.

Not specific time

you have to be patience because it takes so long but average time to answer i think 25to40 mins

they are open 8am to 4pm thru monday to friday

Keep calling back to back, you may be lucky!
Or try calling early morning when they open up.

Applied TRV on 12 Nov 2020.
On open work permit.
Rise web page on 6 December. In reply they didnt started eligibility.
Until.now waiting for pasport request. Patience is over but what we can do else.
