Applied online: July 7th
Passport request: July 18th
Delivered on: July 19th
Approved on: July 30th
Returning PP tracking activated: July 31st
Returning PP delivered: August 1st

Congratulations...Yours was pretty fast...I applied on July 6th but filed four applications together ...maybe thats the delay...My current status is medicals passed...How many days after that stage did you get PPR

I have'nt done any medical but anyhow it is updated as medical passed...my application is trv following study permit extension and have submitted new trv applications for my family as well...all the four applications were updated on Aug 1 as medicals passed...

I applied for TRV inside Canada (July 12) following my study permit extension. After two calls and a webform, I got an update that they are waiting for the background check results.
Do you have any idea how much does time it takes?
This is weird they do background check for TRV from inside Canada

Some nationalities go through BG Checks.
Even for a TRV.

My trv application was refused....but i have a valid study permit till July 2021.My family's applications were refused as well.Please tell me what to do..The reasons mentioned were "I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of stay"

Spouses aren’t guaranteed work permits.
Maybe that was the case.

Reapply just for yourself.
You should be approved.
