I have extended my stay in Canada as temporary resident as visitor .my current work permit and visa expires in July 11 2015 .
And I got my temporary visitor permit as visitor from July 11 to Dec 31 2015 .
My new job starts from Aug 11 th company is doing lmia .I will receive my lmia by the end of June .
But I need to go to India in may and will be coming back I'm Aug .
My question is can I get a trv in India with temporary permit I have from cic .
I heard that there are chance of rejection.
Can any one answer my question
