My husband is a PR and he applied for our sponsorship on 14 Feb this year (waiting for AOR). We are planning to apply for TRV (after receiving AOR). I have the following questions;
1. What ties to the home country are most acceptable? As in if it's a property then how much should it worth? Also, does kids' school registration help? anything else that counts as "strong ties"?
2. Can we do upfront medical and biometrics for TRV? Will it work for PR applications too, even if (god forbid) TRV is rejected?
Any other suggestions to make our TRV application strong are appreciated.
