Hello All,

I am in a situation with inadmissibility, my wife applying for canada PR and i have recently got caught drink and drive in UK - both indian citizens. I was moving the car from one parking space to another and got caught - i know for whatever reason it is not justified and i feel guilty. but please any of the gurus can shed me some light and provide me the options i have. i feel really bad for messing my wife life too. but nothing can be changed and need to look forward. please help me out.
Thanks

If your BAC was 0.08 or over and you are convicted of DUI, you will be inadmissible to Canada and your wife's PR app will be refused because of it.

Hi

It is above 0.08 - in uk 72. Do i have any other options ? Or do i have to wait until it gets spent which takes 5 years. Or can she apply without.including me

Thanks

If you have been convicted, no, you have no other options. Your wife cannot apply without including you.
