TRV for PGWP. How do I apply?

Hey all:

I am got my PGWP in march. I left Canada to visit family and then could not come back due to covid. My existing TRV is now expired. How do I renew just my TRV?
When I fill out the questionaire on mycic, it takes me to apply for a new workpermit and TRV....

Pretend you don't have a work permit so that it takes you to the TRV application page.
