Hello, guys! I am seeking your advice for a proper way of action. My parents applied for Canadian TRV with GCKey account. My father acted as my mother's representative. My father had options to upload documents like
1 Application for Visitor Visa
2 Family Information Form
3 Passport
4 Invitation Letter
5 Use of a Family Member Representative for Online Applications
6 Proof of Means of Financial Support
7 Marriage License/Certificate
8 Digital photo
9 Purpose of Travel
10 Proof of Relationship
11 Proof of Financial Resource of Supporter
my mother could upload only 1,2, 3 and 8 options.
We thought that IRCC is going to review their applications together. We uploaded her proof of means of financial support, proof of means of financial recourse of supporter, invitation letter and etc. alongside with his documents into his required documetns. After submission my parents received two different application numbers and it is when we realized that we should have found a way to submit her documents into her list of documents even though there was no right document options for her.
We submitted IRCC web form with additional necessary documents for her application. It says it is going to take to add the documents to her application 28 business days. I understand in GCKey account we will not be able to see did IRCC added these extra documents or no. So, I assume I have to request GCSM notes. When it is better to do? Officially it takes 30 days to receive them, but I saw people wrote that it takes in real life 3 months. So maybe I should order it now? What way of action you would suggest in our situation?
