TRV for newly-born child outside Canada

Have read many treads stating similar situation, but to begin, my simple question is, for my newly-born baby, should I use my account to fill out and prepare materials, or should I register another account for my child ?

Hi did you apply trv? Any progress? I am also trying to apply trv for my new born daughter. Any help will be thankful
