I already have a TRV and now I'm planning to submit a TRV application for my son in order for us to stay in Canada and process the inland sponsorship so we will all be together while our sponsorship application is on process. The father of my child has no signatures on my son's birth certificate. And I already got a notarized document showing that I'm the sole custody of my child.
