TRV fly within Canada?

I just recieved a TRV to extend my stay while waiting for PR. Can I fly within Canada without troubles? My hubby and I are wanting to get a dog, but looks like we need go out of province to get it.

There is no problem at all flying within Canada. I have been travelling every month back and forth between Toronto and Vancouver. They only check your first page of passport to see if name is correct as on the plane ticket. They don't care about visa.
