Hi All,
I am trying to get my father's Canadian visitor visa renewed. While filling the eligibility wizard, there is a question: "Do you have a family member who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and is 18 years or older" and the help text says:
Family Member
An applicant's closest relatives, in the context of an application to IRCC. It is defined as a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children.
My brother is now living in Canada. Shall we answer "No" because children should be a dependent according to Family member definition? My brother works there and does not get any financial support from parents.
Thank you.
