TRV extension needed for Emergency

Hello maybe someone can provide some insight. My grandmother recently passed away and I need to make it home in time for the funeral. My TRV had expired so I applied for a new one because I saw on CIC website that online application from within Canada is processed in 4 days. I sent my passport as they requested last Friday and Canada post delivered it on Monday. Does anyone know how long they take to put the visa in the passport. Also is there someone I can email? Call centre agent couldn't give me much info. it's a holiday weekend and I hope I'll receive by next week so that I'll be able to go home on time.

The stamp it in 2 business days.

Why would you want to email them? The TRV has been issued and there is nothing else to "expedite".
