Can someone give me suggestion please. I have valid study permit but my visa is expired. I applied for new visa but its delayed. If i don't get visa. Is it fine and risk free that i travel to my home country and apply there? I have plan to stay 3 months in my home country and the processing time there is 39 days. Thanks.
