TRV appliped in early February, no response yet

Hi guys, My parents-in-law applied for their new TRV on February 9th. But there has been no update yet, not even on eligibility check. They are frequent visitors to Canada. No way to communicate with IRCC regarding this delay. Really really frustrating.
Anybody can give me a clue?

Where do they live? Processing can be long.

Everyone’s profile is different. You can raise a webform and ask but will not get a quick response.

You are still within normal processing times so you’ll just need to be patient.
