TRV applied in January 2018 Please share ur status

Hi,
My Parents applied offline at Delhi VFS on 11 May(friday) .... the applications were submitted at Canadian Embassy on 14 may(monday). Received email on 24 May that "Your application is being reviewed" .
Can Anyone tell how many days does it take usually after the review starts .
Parents applied under CAN+ as they have valid US visa and have traveled to US in march 2017 .

I hope you can shed some light on my query . I received email on 26 May(Saturday) from Canadian Embassy in New Delhi informing me that they have received my parents' application for TRV and it is being reviewed . What does that mean ? and approximately how many days would it take for them to grant a visa ? My parents submitted USA Valid visa and the stampings as well (CAN+) . I'm getting anxious , because our tickets are booked for 18 june and they haven't yet received their visas .
I will really appreciate if you can share information based on your experience/ knowledge .

Review eligibility started: Feb 28
PPR request: Mar 15
PPR Sent: Mar 16
PPR send to Bangalore Visa Office: Mar 17
PPR received: Mar 22
Visa till passport expiry.
Please is there other way to check trv status online other than vfs?
Hi, I have a query, if anyone can please help me with a clarification. I am a PR in Canada. I want my parents to visit me on a visitor visa. The online document checklist says marriage certificate is required. My parents are around 70 and they don't have marriage certificate. Is the marriage certificate mandatory for my parents?
