Are you applying in Canada? I applied on Aug 11. I had to call them twice and sent technical problem report.
I applied for my parents on 9th and received application on 13th and UCI on 14th. Even if you have applied under CAN+ its taking around 12-14 days right now. Because my sister applied under CAN+ on July 21st, received Application number on 23 and a request for passport on 4th of August.
If it happens early for you then all good, but its best consider the recent timeline.

I applied online with the nationality of Viet Nam but now I lived and study in Finland ( temporary resident visa ) and I have to go to Warsaw to give biometrics so to use the calculation of CIC for estimated processing time. Which one should be applied to my case: Viet Nam, Finland, Poland?

Technically Finland. But since you are there with temporary status, you should expect processing will take longer than the estimated time posted on the CIC web site. I would plan for processing to take 1-2 months.
You got me wrong there.
On 23rd of July my sister applied and got passport request on 04th august.
On 9th of august I applied for my parents. Waiting...
