1. Are there people with such timelines in any part of the world who have gotten PPR even though they didn't reapply after September 7?

2. Does it mean that when an application is more than 6 months, it has a higher chance of being approved?

My husbands PR application got sent to Accra Visa Office from Canada in November 2021. We’re also wondering how long it would take before we hear from them regarding either an interview or just to simply drop off the passport. Everything I’m reading on these forums seems like AVO takes forever to process things. Which worries me. Jan 5th will make it 12 months since we submitted our application, which is suppose to be the typical timeline for processing
