We applied for PR for my wife in Nov 2020 still haven't got the AOR. Then we applied for her TRV in jan which got rejected under the clause of 179B two days back. We recently saw on IRCC they have dual intent program for spouse & extended family. I want to know what specific documents are needed for that to get approved. We dont want to get rejected again. If anybody is facing similar issues please help. My wife is been stuck in India from 2019.
