I am a PR holder, living outside Canada (Oman). I recently got married outside canada (in Pakistan). I am aware that i cannot sponsor my wife directly unless i am living in canada. Therefore the only option i can see in order to move together to Canada is to explore possibility of spouse application for TRV at this stage and once we be able to move there then i can apply for spouse sponsorship.
Would really appreciate if someone can guide me step by step so that i wont leave any gap in application to get TRV for spouse.
Like what docs are required, how to we show proof of funds (does it have to be spouse bank statement solely or i can also attach mine), any other docs which maybe required.
