TRV Application- Pakistan

HI,
I am Reapplying for TRV application from pakistan. There are two forms in the checklist on application page 1 is "IMM5257 E: APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY RESIDENT VISA" and the 2nd is "IMM5257b_1: SCHEDULE 1 APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY RESIDENCE". Do I need to submit these 2 forms?

These 2 forms are the main application forms for the visa. If it appears on the checklist then you must submit it.
