trv application ouside canada with valid work permit???

i have my new work permit now and i need to go back home(India) for a month but my TRV is already expired and i dont have time to get the new multiple entry visa from canada.
so my question is tht can i apply my TRV from india base on my work permit to get back in Canada??

That is your only option if you leave Canada.

You can get the visa stamped based on your valid work permit. You also have the option of getting it done in Canada itself.

I have done the same thing(many times) from Delhi in the past. It usually doesnt take more than 2 weeks. But with strike going on now, I have no idea how long its gonna take. About the medicals, you dont have to go for medicals if you have already completed it in the past.

So I just received my PGWP and it is valid from 2013/06/25 to 2016/06/25.However, my TRV got expired on 2012/09/30 and I am going to India next week. Therefore, I could obtain another TRV there.

I checked the IMM 5484 checklist for the new TRV. So how much money should I show as proof of financial support and do I need any additional documents such as email mentioning that I am applying for jobs or a letter stating why I am visiting and Why would I like to go back to Canada.

My travelling history is pretty strong as I go to India every year since I came to Canada in year 2009. Is it a good idea to apply TRV there?? beacuse here in canada it takes long time than my country
