TRV application for third time...suggestions please

I got my TRV refused twice
Reason for 1 rejection:
179(b)
Based on travel history
Based on ties in Canada & in your own country
Based on purpose of visit

I applied again after 4 months.
With hotel booking, NOC holidays approval letter from work,3months bank statement, payslips, employment contract

Reason of rejection 179(b)
Same three reason as above and
Based on personal assets and financial status
I’m planning to reply as I have only this chance to use me holidays with public holidays (Christmas)
Also I have paid for hotel booking already

Can you suggest if it is a good idea to reapply or not ?

I’m not sure if it’s worth trying third time
Also second time I paid consultant to prepare all required documents but still did not get it
So hopeless

First apply for GCMS notes that we will give you detail reason why your application was refused , once you have them you can present your case with proper documents.

That’s sounds good thanku but they have already mentioned reasons 179(b)

Alright I got it, only residents of Canada can apply for it
I’m not residence there so no way I can excess this

You know any one in canada they can apply on your behalf or there are many websites who offer paid service .

I could but it will take one month to get reply, also they have mentioned the resons already, how would that be different ?

Yes it takes 30 to 35 days but you will be exact reason . Now they have given you generic reason .

when they say based on travel of history what do they exactly mean by that ?
I went to Australia once and came back to NZ and second time I got visa approved from Australia but couldn't make it because I had to go to India.

You got Australia visa from NZ , Australian embassy consider your status in NZ . Have you ever got visa for U.S , UK or Australia from India ?
