A month ago, I submitted a TRV for my parents and the very next day we received the biometrics request. They went after a week to the visa center and submitted them. I have seen their submissions numbers pop up on the application but the status of requesting Biometrics hasn't changed.
I logged in this morning to check, the biometrics status has changed from "requesting biometrics" to "Biometrics not received"!!!! Eventhough the submission numbers that appeared after the biometrics submisssion are still there. What does this mean?!
