I would like to know which one is the right and succesful way to get visitor visa after AoR? Just visiting for couple of weeks and returning home or waiting in Canada while PR is in progress via visitor and then SOWP? I want to know the right way and also what IRCC expects so we can think of both ways.

Thank you

The truth.

If its not allowed or suggested to wait in Canada while PR is in progress, its good to know so people can make plans accordingly and make temporary plans to align with rules. The reason I am asking is, normally TRV has to be temporary visit intent but I would like to know if this is an exception(thanks to dual intent) and its allowed to stay until its finalized? So that people can follow the rules accodingly. I think there is a bit of ambiguity there, at least to me.

This is a dual intent situation. You can wait in Canada while your sponsorship is processed if you get approved for a TRV.

Yes, I know its allowed to wait in Canada if you reach Canada. However, for someone who is outside Canada, does it mean that intention of coming to Canada and staying in Canada until PR decision has been made an acceptable/legal valid intent? I think this is the most crucial thing for future TRV applicants. Your reply is important for forum I think Canuck, thank you in advance. This way people don't need to spend thousands of dollars on flights, taking vacations from employer etc if allowed.

It is difficult to explain but you are still a visitor but while visiting you plan on trying to secure an SOWP and wait for your sponsorship application.

The main question is, is this intent legitimate, legal, and allowed? So people who want to do this can expressly state this and don't need to make shorter travel plans?
