Truck Driver from UAE with valid heavy truck license

Hi
Am an engineering graduate born in 1980 , now looking to immigrate to Canada due to age factor my points are not enough to get in. Am trying a way to acquire a truck license here in UAE and wait for a year and apply for the temporary work permit for truck drivers in Quebec or Canada.
I have no idea whether this plan is ok ,most of the places they ask for 1 year experience which i can manage from my existing company (as it is a transport based company). Are the people getting work permits from UAE for truck haulage in Canada with UAE heavy license and experience. Seeking expert opinions of those who went already by this way

Generally To get a wok permit you would need an employer to sponsor an LMIA with a job offer which even pre COVID would be a major challenge
