Hello,
A couple of questions regarding the TRP please.

My partner has a DUI from a few months ago. He has a job offer due to start in May/2019.

1) what is the turnover time for a TRP?
2 ) could he get the TRP earlier by presenting eg now ( January) at the boarder? ( we plan to stay in Canada for two years)

Hi
Nationality is Italian i.e. visa exempt as I believe, living in the UK. Not yet in Canda.
There is LMIA-exemption due to nature of medical work (fellowship) and work-permit is in place, having been approved duirng the DUI.
Would need to give 3 months' notice to leave current job and therefore the earliest opportunity to obtain TRP would be very important.
