I met an agent, who says they have slot for pr cards.

I applied, did biometrics and got the card outside Canada (Ghana).

Can I enter canada with the pr card without visa from Ghana?

Just pr card and passport.. No form of visa on my passport.

Am worried.

I didn't got you, did you applied it through proper way? Like which stream did you applied for? Pnp, express entry? In how much time did you got PR card? I am asking because it seems like fishy to me. I literally just read someone not receiving eCoPR since a month after receiving the portal cerdentials.

Check with the nearest Canadian consulate for the card's authenticity.

I don't know how you would confirm it. I guess you could go to the Canadian embassy / consulate in your country.

There is zero chance the card is real since it's impossible to get a PR card without first becoming a permanent resident - and you can't become a permanent resident through providing biometrics only. Becoming a permanent resident is a long process (usually a few years) that involves a lot of paperwork and applications.

Exactly my worries.. I did some research and discovered, they never asked any documentation from me, except data page and cv.

Initially, I thought they would carry me on the process to getting a visa and then pr through the pnp as claimed.

The next thing after biometrics was the pr card, no passport request.. No visa.

Confirming this shit, denounce and arrest them is what I need do now.. But I need proof.

Will confirm at the embassy. Hope I don't get arrested at the embassy.

Most people need to get an immigrant visa stamped in their passports first before even getting a PR card, which is only ever issued inside Canada. 100% scam.
