TROUBLE WRONG YEAR ON APPLICATION TO CIC---SENIOR & OTHERS PLEASE HELP

I have a trouble hear I recieved my initial approval from CIC and advised to submit documents to the embassy; but I just find out when filling my application form to request the police clearence certificate ,that on IMM0008 under the (Addrresses) question I put a wrong year on one of my addresses the date and month when I move from this house to new house is right but I put the wrong year. Actually I live on that address for two years and on the next address for one year but I put it in wrong way........... the address where I live for 2 years I put the wrong house moving year that makeS total period to live on that address is only one year where as I actually live on this address for 2 years .(date and month of moving house is correct year is wrong).

and the address where I only live for one year I put the wrong year on it ,it make it it to shown as I live on that address for 2 years ............ what should I do NOW I am preparing my documents to send them to the embassy for further processing and now I am confused what to do.

further more please advice me if I explain the embassy about this problem with addresses will they refuse my application STRAIGHT AWAY or is IT going to make any negative impact on my application.OR THEY WILL EXCEPT IT AS UN-INTENDED MISTAKE AND IGNORE IT.

THE BIG PROBLEM IS MY CATEGORY DOES NOT EXIST IN NEW LIST ANY MORE AND I CAN NOT SEND THEM A NEW APPLICATION .(I ALREADY HAVE CIC INITIALL APPROVAL AND ADVISED TO SUBMIT MY DOCUMENTS WITH IN 120 DAYS TO EMBASSY)

If i were you, i'd send a letter explaining that have a photocopy of the application that you sent and you saw a mistake in the application and correct the dates. Wait for others to reply and let's see what they say.

These are minor mistakes. When u send ur full docs refill the forms with the correct data and just highlight the same with a covering letter explaining the same and do not worry much as it is just an error.

Send an explanation letter to VO, clearly indicating the error and correction you have made (attach a photo copy of the incorrect entry page fro ref.).I did a small mistake while filling the application sent to CIC ,I corrected in the full application sent to Visa Office.I have written an explanation letter with the change details. It seems they have accepted my application it is In-Process now.Hope this helps and Good Luck.
