Trouble linking paper application in GCKey

Hi,
We've submitted a study permit application for my spouse from within Canada to L.A VO on June 6th.
On VAC website, now the status is showing as : Application Processing Completed - In Transit to the VAC
We wanted to link the application in GCKey (to see the final decision) but we had trouble making it work.
I was wondering if anybody got a recipe on how to do that...
We would appreciate any help.

Just fill in the linking info the same way you entered it jn the application form.

Believe me I've tried that many times (lower case, upper case,...) but it doesn't work
