TRNC Police character/Clearance Certificate

Hello Everyone, I studied in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and as part of my PR application, I included a police certificate from there. but because TRNC as a state is only recognized by Turkey, it was not an option in the drop-down menu so I chose Turkey. However, my PR application was cancelled as incomplete, upon checking the IRCC requirement they're requesting archive records from Turkey, but I can't get PCC from Turkey because I haven't lived there, and TRNC is not a country on the list of options.
I'm now putting in a new PR application. I'd like to know how to go about getting the police certificate with the archive record, do I just attach an LOE alongside the certificate that I have from TRNC police? has there been any recent case? how did you go about it? would a LOE suffice?

Hi everyone I submitted a spouse sponsorship application they requested for Cyprus police report which is so hard to get I got a POA to my lawyer took it to apostle here in Canada took it to the Turkish consulate in Canada to get it stamped dhl it to my lawyer in Cyprus and still yet the police wants my lawyer to go get it stamped in turkey am frustrated

Yes it is the process . You need a stamps from ministry of foreign affairs in Ankara then another stamp from Turkey embassy in TRNC

Ok thank you but I was given just 30 days to get it submitted it passed the 30 days already I sent a letter already telling them the process is taking me more than 30days and I also included all chats with lawyer and when I sent it through dhl and every other thing to prove that am working on it do you advice to still submit it when I get it even after he 30 days period I was given passed

Also I read on here that someone submitted the trnc police doc and still it was stated that it was not recognized I also choose Cyprus as the country bec there was no option of trnc on the list
When submitting my application I submitted Nigeria police report then they requested for Cyprus my question is why do we still need to submit a police report from
Cyprus it they would still reply saying it not recognized what your take on this

Too much wahala but you need to explain. I am in the same situation but it on the process. You need good letter of explanation and attach it with map etc.....
