Pre-Assessed..
I will receive my passport with PR visa on October but I am planning to go back home end of November. I will not have the PR card by that time since it takes 2 months to get the PR card ( i will only have my passport with the canadian PR visa.)

My question is, can i travel outside then go back to Canada without the PR card? will the PR visa and passport be enough for me to travel outside of and go back to canada?

As you can see, on your visa says "Number of entries - ONE". So once you entered Canada, completed landing, it's over, you cannot use it again.
If you don't have your PR card you need to apply for travel document:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/travel.asp
Permanent residents returning to Canada by airplane, boat, train or bus must show a valid PR Card or travel document before boarding. The following application is for permanent residents outside of Canada who need proof of their status so they can return to Canada. Use this travel document if you have lost your documents showing your permanent residence status.
Alternatively when your PR is send to the address you gave at the point of entry it can be sent to you by mail.

I am living in canada. i have a WP and i have a working visa valid until 2013. can i use that instead? if not, do you know how long it will take to process a Travel document?

What happened to your immigrant visa? Have you used it? If not you must use it before expires. Meaning you use it on the way back.

No - you can't use your working visa. It will be canceled when you land and become a PR.

Hi, it depends on your situation WHEN you left Canada.

If you left Canada with valid work permit, and your work visa is still valid and allows multiple entry, you can re-enter Canada within the validity of your working visa. If your working visa validity has expired, you need to apply for a temporary visa to re-enter Canada.

If you already have your immigrant visa and have not done the 'landing" or reported to cic office in Canada to change your status from temporary resident/worker to permanent resident, you can use your immigrant visa to re-enter Canada. On the other hand, if you completed your immigration process, that is reported to cic office to change your status, you need your PR card to re-enter. If you do not have your PR card, you should apply for travel document from canadian embassy where you will be coming from..processing time, depends on that embassy.

My view, please correct me if im wrong.

Tnx
