Travelling within Canada during Inland Spousal Sponsorship Process

Hello all,

My partner and I are in the stages of the Inland Spousal Sponsorship process.. currently awaiting background check.
We are planning on travelling a trip to Alberta from Toronto for a weekend and wondering if there will be any issues doing so.
We would be taking a flight from Toronto to Calgary and back within 2-3 days.

Do we have to report this to the IRCC? Will this cause any delays in our application?
