Good Afternoon! Bit of a two part question / hypothetical
I was wondering if anyone has, or had any information regarding travelling to the USA (by Air) between the time OWP was approved and Spousal PR being approved.
I had my OWP approved today and another ETA issued. Provided that my OWP comes in the mail before the Flight Dates, will those two in hand be sufficient to come back into Canada so I can continue working and not have to go on a visitor visa and while waiting for my PR to finalize? The trip itself will only be 3 days to visit a friend who will be there for a conference, so I don't think there is any risk of it being deemed that I'm abandoning the PR application.
Also what happens if the eCOPR/COPR comes between now and my intended flight? Would I have to apply for an emergency PRTD instead of travelling on the OWP/ETA?
