Hello Everyone,

I just have a small question.

I am currently a permanent resident in Canada and want to know whether i will be required to do anything before travelling back home to Pakistan for 2 weeks?

Like do i need to apply for TRV or anything similar? Or I just need my PR card to travel and comeback?

thank you

Your PR Card is your status document for travel purposes and is all you need for proof of Canadian status to board your return flight back to Canada. Your only other concern would be compliance with the RO but as per your posts showing you are a 2014 landed PR you have time to meet your RO obligations.

Check the letter that held your PR Card from CIC...there is reference to making sure you are in Canada for at least 2 years in each 5 year rolling period or else you will lose your PR status.

Hello Guys,

Any body have information on Processing Time to issue PRTD from Pakistan and validity days. An early response would highly be appreciated.
