Travelling to Canada on Vacation

I have applied to my Visa Office with full set of documents on 01/06/2010 under the FSW1.
I am due to travel to Vancouver in July for 2 weeks for a vacation with my family.
Does the above travel affect my application for PR under the FSW1?

Anyway, you are not alone!! I am also going to Ottawa & Calgary for a month & just submitted my full Documents today. I dont think this should be a problem. Just in case any1 has a different opinion.......feel free to coment.
